Unable to export as mindjet player (MindManager 8 Win/Mac)

When trying to export as Mindjet player either .pdf or .swf get the error message that the Player transformation service is unavailable as per screenshot below.

Mac os x 10.8 Mountain Lion
Mindmanager 8.0.201
120MB fibre optic broadband

I think you need a newer version. Use the update function in the app or download from here http://www.mindjet.com/support/produc... 8.2.319 should be better all round.

The method of producing PDF Players was changed from the local program to a remote service but then Mindjet heard a lot about company firewalls and reverted to production.

Thanks for the swift reply Andrew.

Unfortunately the page that you referred me to lists only 1 file for Mac os x http://download.mindjet.com/Mindjet_M... which is the version I already have (Build 8.0.201).

By reverting to production and not providing an update for Mac os x, all Mac users running version 8 will no longer able to use this feature.

Without the Mindjet player I am hamstrung as I cannot share clickable expanding/collapsing maps with clients who do not have the software.

Will Mindjet facilitate a free upgrade to (Build 9.6.510) for the Mac users affected?

Export To PDF no longer Works - MindManager 8.

It complains about an internet connection/service - that isn't working. My connection is good, so I think maybe MindJet has removed the PDF export service from their servers perhaps for Mind Manager 8?

Is this permanent? Is there a way to restore my program to the functionality it had when I bought it?

I'm running on Mindjet 10.2 and I don't have this feature.
