Unable to open map in desktop application

I can open all my maps from my desktop application, except one. I get the following error:

(2:4501) Error parsing '-1' as unsignedInt datatype.
The attribute 'To' with value '-1' failed to parse.

I tried downloading the file from my account to my desktop and opening from the desktop and it still gave me the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jonathan, I ended up rebuilding the map so I did not receive support from customer support although they did call me back right away and were very helpful. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Good luck!
