Unfortunately Mindjet has stopped working

Hi,

I have installed the latest version on a Galaxy Nexus (4.04), and an ASUS Transformer T300 (4.1.1) and get an error trying to open an existing map created on Mindjet Connect.

I'm getting "Unfortunately Mindjet has stopped working." It happens after logging in and then selecting an existing map to open. If I create a new map it seems to work ok.

Hope this helps to solve the problem because it's a great tool!

Hi Michael,

This is happening on both your devices? Also, does it happen for ANY existing map? If it's a certain map, would you have any objection to attaching so we can see if we can reproduce it? Thanks.

Yes. Yes. No, I wouldn't mind but it's happening to any map not created on one of my Android devices.

This is happening on my nexus 7 too. It crashes every time I try and open a file not created on the tablet.

I have asked the QA team to see if they can reproduce this. Thanks for the added info.

Update: the QA team was unable to reproduce this problem in-house. If you could provide a map(or maps) which fail for you, we might be able to get a better notion of what the problem is. Thanks.
