Update hangs

I downloaded the update ( MindManager_32bit_17.2.208.exe ) from Mindjet.
I am using a 64-Bit office, it automatically choosed the 32-Bit version.
Now installation hangs, the progress-bar is approx. 99%, but does not finish.

How to solve it ?

Normally MIndManager detects the bit version you are on and installs the correct one.

I suggest you contact customer.support@mindjet.com They should be fastest way to solve this.

Problem solved.

I downoaded the complete new version and tried to install it.
It failed with an error message that it cant access a database.

But the icons were there, tried and  ... tataaa it worked again.
Help -> Ceck for updates return now, I'm on the newest version (208).

All a little bit strange, but I can work again.
