Hi there! I have bought MindManager 9 with an option to upgrade it to 12. But my Mindjet Software Assurance & Support (MSA) contract isn't valid anymore. Does this means I am not allowed to activate the upgrade anymore?

If you can please contact our Mindjet customer support group directly at firstname.lastname@example.org we may be able to assist you. If you had purchased an MSA you may have a version 2012 license key on file but we would need to check against your MSA.
