Windows have Environment variable so you can do a %dropbox%/ and there by make a shortcut in system to a folder.
In my case I use this sins my Dropbox is not always in the same place of my computers so I like to use this.

When I add a Environment variable link in to mindjet, it's not allways works as I like. Eks. Some links works just fine, but seems to be broken if you ask mindjet?
On some of my computers MindJet wont lat the link work even when it work on others. I have check that Environment variable is setup correctly.

Is this as design or dos MindJet not fully support this ?
If this is not as design and not part or MindJet can this be moved to idea?

Did you try setting the Hyperlink Path to 'Absolute' in the 'Add Hyperlink' screen? I think the default is 'Relative', but some systems might have 'Absolute' as the default (this can be set in the map properties).

Have been looking in MindJet to find the Absolute and Relative, but have not been able to find it.
Can you tell me where I can see them?

Please see the screenshot below, it highlights the Absolute and Relative hyperlink options when editing/adding a hyperlink
