Using MM for GTD. Collecting MAP MARKERS from several files ?????

I am using GTD with MM and have implemented this method using designated MARKERS for Next Action, Delegate and so on. By using the MAP INDEX I can easily get an overview for easy follow up. This works well when all MARKERS are within one MM file. But I would like to collect e.g. my NextActions from several clientmaps into one. Is it in any way possible to collect MARKERS from separate MM files into one file, e.g. My Daily Dashboard MM ?

I use ResultsManager add-in for years and I'm happy with my choice. I tested other solutions but this is the way I prefer. It allowed me to make my GTD dashboard. It took me an effort at first, but I could create my own queries. I have improved my requests gradually.
But you may also use standard queries.
If you have questions about using this add-in, I will try to answer with pleasure.

As an alternative to the Resultmanager addin you may consider Topic Tracker from Olympic limited

And if all fails, you can always make your My Daily Dashboard MM just by combining the maps in one use map using copy - paste

It can be done by hand or by just selecting them and use Combine Maps in the linked Maps view in MindManager

Another work around might be to send the specific actions to different task lists (Action, Delegate etc) in Mindjet Tasks from the client maps and then retrieve the different task lists in your dashboard using Task Queries.

This is how it works for me and allows me to keep all the tasks of my maps in sync.

Jørn,
If you only want to collect (without changing topics). Perhaps this can help you.
You create a central map with links to all your client maps.

Then Linked Maps and Combine all. The new map is :

Markers index of this new map :

You copy the index. You have collected your actions by marker.

Thanks for your respons Thierry. This actually solves my challenge. Now I have a Daily Dashboard Map with all relevant maps linked to it.  Then I use VIEW LINKED MAPS  , COMBINE ALL and then runs POWERFILTER to get an overview of all my NEXT ACTIONS.

I am glad Thierry made the effort of including images to the solution I gave to you one month ago ;-)
