I have been using Mindjet for quite a while now and find ir brilliant for brainstorming a compklex problem.

What I am now wondering is whetehr I can use it (and the Gantt bit) to plan my routine work over the next year.

Say I have 20 sets of accounts that need doing by different dates and they each take 5 hours. How do I put this in a Gantt easily?????

Hey Big John,

You can add the appropriate task information to the topics (e.g. start dates, duration) and then open the Gantt chart view. It could be that easy.

To go faster, you can create your twenty topics, highlight them all and then add the task information (e.g. 5 hours duration).

You can add dependencies to prevent overlapping or drag and drop the bars in the gantt chart to adjust the start dates.
