The File - Save used to show Save and Save All but the Save All has disappeared.

Fortunately you can still add it to the Quick Access Toolbar.

MindManager 16 is not in the list of related categories.

Hi Andrew,

In MindManager 2016, the Save All command is found under File > Save As.

I have also added 'MindManager v. 2016 for Windows' to the related categories list.

Best,
-Marian

Hi Marian

Doesn't feel like the right place to me. Save As is about some form of transformation of the file.

Thanks for adding MindManager 2016 to the list.

Thanks for the feedback, Andrew.

We chose to place 'Save All' within 'Save As'  in the backstage menu as we consolidated both 'Save & Send' and 'Export' to 'Share' in the backstage, and determined this would be the best pace.

Thanks,
-Marian

Users will only find it there by accident. It would have been clearer to consolidate Save, Save As and Save All under a single Save menu, rather than Save As. I note the Save As page is titled Save.

Sometimes, I wonder if anyone at Mindjet has any clue about end user usability!

I have been using the program for some time now and had to come to this discussion thread to find it...are you kidding me.

Save All functionality under "Save As" is poor UI design. Overall your UI is good, but the folks in charge of this area have totally dropped the ball on this one. As a workaround, I have placed the icon in my Quick Access Toolbar; which may be a good addition to your default set.

I found the solution of putting the "Save All" on the Quick Access Toolbar effective.  There are a number of features in the UI that really don't make sense.  So I use this feature (Quick Access) as a strategy to fix the problem.
