Why are some tasks colored in black on MJ Gnatt charts? All of my tasks are coloured grey with blue indicating progress and yellow or red indicating if a task is at risk or overdue. But a few tasks are colored completely black - what does that mean?

Could you send over a screen shot of the map you are referring to with the task info pane open as well? That way I will be able to take a look at the map and see if I can figure out why some of your tasks are completely black. Thank you!

Have semt screentshots into MJ support twice and still no response!

Does anyone on this forum have an answer for why some tasks are coloured in black (the task bar is all black) on my Gantt charts.

I originally replied to your posting 3 months ago - see above - and sent you a screen shot and explanation per your request at that time. You did not issue me a case number. So what is our next step... can you advise me based o nteh screenshot I sent you or do we need to escalate this to tech support with a case number? In any event, it is likely a simple explanation, so I'd like to find out the answer quickly. Thanks..

Thank you for getting back to me Jordan. The color could indicate a number of things. Could you resend the screen shot as I am not finding it on this thread. From there I can have a member of our support team take a look at it to determine what the cause is. Thank you so much for your cooperation and patience.

Sent the screen shot in a while ago - for the second time! You said it would be looked at by tech support... have not heard anything since. This inquiry is now going on 2 months or more... my question is a simple one and requires a simple answer, not a major technology support investigation. What's up with you guys? Can I get a quick answer or not?
