Which is the right subscription package for me / us?

I am currently a free connect user, having used Mindjet on Android for over a year. I use xMind extensively on the desktop. I am now interested in the desktop package but want to be able to do SOME collaboration. The options I would like to have are listed below. Could you please tell me which subscription I or my colleagues would need to have each feature, either individually for the feature, or to have all the features.

1) For my husband / business partner to use the package also
a) to just access and use on his android device
b) Web client
c) Desktop client.
In these cases he would need to access all maps or maps in specific projects.

2) For my/our clients to access a map (or small number) of maps
a) Read Only
b) Ability to Export to supported formats
c) Full Read/Write access

3) My project Tasks.
a) Create Tasks for myself AND husband, with ability for both to modify. (ie. collaborate on a project). Two individual Subscriptions ?? One Business Subscription??

4) Client Project tasks.
a) Create & send a task or just an email to someone with a free account??
b) Create / manage tasks with another member (cllient) with an individual subscription.
c) Create / manage tasks with another member (cllient) with an web only subscription.
d) Full team collaboration. (I see there is a business version but as this is twice the price of the individual, i) why is there still a per user price tag ii) What is the difference between business subscription for all and a single business subscription with a web subscription for each user.

Slightly off subject ..... Is there (or why isn't there) a business license account which allows all the collaboration etc. which gives access / sharing / collaboration with an individual account

I know this is a long question but I imagine that it may help others also.

Dear Brittney. I am still waiting to resolve this query! I put in a support request, then was passed to Bruce in the UK, who did not help, then Alexis who was as helpful as he could be and passed me to John Barber from whom I am still awaiting a phone call from the 11th March. I am going to call him this morning but am not currently impressed by the customer service. My trial period is coming to an end so I have to decide whether to buy a subscription or not! What would you do in my position?

I know you fulfilled your role but since then things have not been stellar.

An update. I had a lengthy conversation with John Barber in the UK and he was able to answer all of my queries. It's still disappointing that it took 22 days but I now have the information I need to choose my options.
