Hopefully someone will come up with a solution but in the meantime there are two work-arounds I can suggest:
1. Use Snag-it or similar screen capture software to create a screen shot as a JPEG file which you can then place in a Word document or similar to scale up to the appropriate size. This might not give you particularly high resolution, however.
2. Use an image printer to "print" the image to a JPEG or other graphics file - or a PDF. I use Image Printer Pro which costs about $30-$40. You can scale the physical size of the image as well as the resolution and print from the created file..
