This has been bothering me for some time now and I have resisted the urge to ask this question but find I can no longer do that so here goes....
Why is it that the Mindket Twitter account only publishes, (or at least it seems to), tweets/re-tweets about its own blog entries/news?
Surely the whole point of Tweeting to your followers is to notify them of potentially beneficial news articles or product useability tips or enhancements that can help them get more from MindManager.
Where are the Tweets about new addins that are released from partners, training courses being held (in whatever country) by trainers, tips and tricks articles in blogs (remember the Mindjet Trusted Voice - what happened to that) or just great ideas about how to achieve things with Mindmanager published by evangelists of the product(s)?
I'm sure you, (Mindjet), are pleased when bloggers/partners/evangelists Tweet about Mindjet/MindManager news of any type, but how about a bit of reciprocity?
It would not be so bad if the Mindjet Blog carried articles and annoucements from partners as it used to in the past and therefore these reached your Twitter followers but this activity seems to have become unimportant to you.
As a side note you may want to question the relevance of re-tweeting a followers re-tweet about your own tweet that has already been tweeted? That just means your followers get the same news multiple times, (could be considered spamming).
