Hello friends,
I'm looking for a way to quickly derive word counts for a particular topic. Wondering if taking the time to learn how to do macros would be worth it - would a "macro" solve this?
Specifically, I'd like to tie a topic property (very creatively named word_count) to be a running count of how many words are there in the topic itself (not the topic note).
I know I can export the text to word and use count there (I actually prefer to export to VS Code since it's a bit more responsive) but it's a time consuming process as I work on my reports.
Any ideas? Is delving into macros a viable option?
Thanks in advance!
