'Wrong email or password' message during accountcreation for zapier integration

Not able to make zapier integration due MindManager login or account creation failure, using the email addresses (using chrome browser):

jstelten@gmail.com
jgrallis@gmail.com



When creating an account via MindManager desktop, the following error appears:



In the past I had MindManager connect and logging in using this account (jstelten@gmail.com), gives me the following error:

Hi john;
I have the same unresolved issue on one of my laptops. It seems to be related either to a firewall or router configuration issue according to MM Support.
This only happens with one laptop, however when I use a separate laptop, probably with a different configuration I have no problems connecting and using Zapier both ways.
Try using a separate PC, if still it does not work, then try using a different ISP.
Hope this helps narrow down the issue.
Eventually I'll get the time to go over my configurations and hopefully resolve it.

Thanks Francisco, I tried your steps and indeed I could login using another machine. 

Back to the other machine, I tried the following things:

1. Turned off security center (no success)
2. Turned off firewall (Eset NOD) (no success)
3. Tried another network adapter (no success)
4. Allowed scripting in IE (while I’m using chrome) (no success)
5. Put IE on the lowest security level or the internet zone (no success)

Last thing I tried was resetting IE 11 completely and that worked!!

Hi John, Glad you resolved the issue.
So, inspired by your approach of tinkering with IE11, I just added this URL to the IE11 Trusted Sites and it worked.
