Wunderlist to MindManager via Zapier

I have successfully set up Zapier to send a topic to the Wunderlist Inbox. However when trying to set up from Wunderlist to MindManger I cannot work out how to send a task to an branch (InBox) on a mindmap. I think I have to have the map in the cloud but it expects an enterprise membership which is way over-the-top for individual users and small businesses. Has anyone got a solution? Or is this a dead-end idea?

I want to use MindManager to set up projects and next actions as per GTD methodology and be able to send tasks/ideas both ways between MM and Wunderlist. For example, I am out of office and put an idea/task into Wunderlist and then process it in MM. Or I develop a project next action in MM and send it to Wunderlist. The idea is to enter the action/idea only once and then be able to use it across applications.

You don't need to put the map in the cloud, but you'll need to create a receiving topic (see first screenshot) and then select this topic in Zapier as the Parent Topic (see second screenshot) for the New Subtopic action.

I hope this helps!

Hi Renaldostheold,

You can use your regular mindmanager 17 account. You do not need enterprise account in order to receive and send Zap any more.
And as Mathieu mentioned you don't need to put the map in the cloud.

Here are the steps to Receive Zaps :
Under trigger > choose Wunderlist > Select new task>choose your Wunderlist account>choose task list>

Under Action
In Mm17>Create new sub topic and  Make that topic as Receiving topic in MindManager 17.
Then choose a MindManager enterprise App.(Although it says Enterprise ,it also include all the regular account )

Inside MindManager select a subtopic and make it as "receiving topic" as shows in screen shot from previous post .

Add your MindManager account by using same login credential used for zapier integration( while signing into zapier through mindjet 17 -Advanced > Zapier> Sign up/in).
Now in next step you should be able to select that receiving topic you made in above steps and fill other items inside the template and continue and then Finish and then turn On the zap at the end.

Inside Mindmanager select receiving topic and click on Receive Zaps from Zapier menu.

Regards,
Shilpa
