MM failed to initialize MS Word/MS PowerPoint

Hi everyone,

There is issue - see topic name and attached.

I have already reinstall MM - the issue isn't solved.

At the same time I could send info from Word to MM without any problem.

Are there any thoughts on solving the problem?

Hi Ivan,

please check your installed Bit-versions. MM & Office need to have the same bit-version (32 or 64).

Maybe you've installed more then one MM-versions. Go to Windows Control Panel and remove the old MMs and repair MM22.

btw. there is no MM-Add-in in Word anymore. If you see on in the Word Start-Ribbon, you still using an old MM-version.

Hi Ivan,

With all MS Office applications closed, uninstall MindManager and then reinstall. If that does not resolve the issue, please open a case with Technical Support here - MindManager Support
